Send your proof of payment
Email your bank confirmation to aaronstourstravels@gmail.com or WhatsApp it to 084 949 5660. We confirm your booking in writing as soon as it reflects.

Payment terms in plain language
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and confirmed in writing before payment.
- International bank charges and currency conversion fees are for the traveller's account.
- Always use your surname and travel date as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before a transfer or day tour; overland deposits are transferable to a new date.
- We never ask for card details or PINs by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Need a formal invoice for your travel agent or company? Just ask and we'll issue one.
